Scheduling senior pictures is as easy as 1 -2 -3 with Monochrome Photo Studios
We met up with Mary and her mom for a senior portrait session in Downtown St. Louis at the Library for our first location, what incredible architecture and gorgeous building. I love all of the leading lines that this location offered. Downtown St. Louis has so many places to shoot, you just have to look for them. I love that the styles of the teens these days are reverting back to my look from the 80's as a child, it is pretty amazing to see!
Mary has been a dancer, specializing in ballet since she was a little girl, she naturally wanted to incorporate her dance skills into her session. We chose this backdrop to really highlight her form and show off her lines and showcase how gorgeous of a dancer she is. Adding in the colored green gel in the backdrop really helps emphasize these dance portraits.
Mary headed with us over to Forest Park for her next series of dance portraits. This is where I wanted to do some really neat dynamic pictures to really make her silhouette stand out against the moody weather in the Pavilion.
Forest Park has so many fun areas for us to shoot, right outside of the Pavillion was some tall grass and beautiful bushes and trees. Backlit with the gorgeous sun, Mary wore a super cute jean jacket and skirt duo with these funky chucks that I loved! I love how these portraits really show off her dimples and natural beautiful personality.
We finished off Mary's session with this adorable floral dress which shows her sweet, gentle nature. I loved every part of this session and was so sad when the sun was down and we had to stop shooting. I absolutely love working with these amazing, ambitious, future leaders of our world. Call us today if you are looking for some wonderful, unique senior portraits!
